Structural Foam

Our BULK Vaults benefit from the latest polymer composite manufacturing techniques and processes.

Injection Molding

Hard parts and critical components use the latest injection molding manufacturing techniques and processes.

Rotational Molding

Our Pedestals are made with a state of the art rotational molding machine involving a heated hollow mold which is filled with a charge or shot weight of material. It is then slowly rotated, causing the softened material to disperse and stick to the walls of the mold.

Blow Molding

Pedestals are also made with this process for forming and joining together hollow plastic parts in the most economical and reliable process available.

Metal Forming /Fabrication

Laser cut metal parts are precision designed and fabricated at our Rockwall Plant.
